The Dandy Gent Lime Shaving Cream
Created by Master apothecary and traditional Derby-based barber, Shane O’Shaughnessy, The Dandy Gent is a superb British line of male grooming products for the stylish gentleman. Shane’s passion for producing the perfect products to complement his barbering techniques was inherited from his Grandfather, with many of his recipes originating from those tried and tested in the North East of England dockyards for over 100 years. A wonderfully scented shaving cream that whips up into a voluminous lather and softens the hair for a comfortable, satisfying shave. The fresh lime scent is particularly refreshing.
To use: Take a small almond-sized lump of cream, place it in the centre of your damp shaving brush and start building your lather. A little goes a long way with this cream.

Morgan’s is a world famous brand known for their hair products, their most famous of which, the Pomade, has sold over a billion tubs worldwide. Originally established in 1873, the company has an exciting history starting from one man’s handmade soap in a kitchen to a globally recognised brand. More recently they have unveiled an excellent range of shaving and beauty products for the modern gentleman.
The daily hydrating moisturiser has a light soothing formula that easily absorbs into the skin and is designed to hydrate and replenish moisture. It’s an essential part of any gentleman’s grooming routine to ensure your face stays youthful and well looked after. Made using Argan Oil, a particularly sought after ingredient for its incredible moisturising and anti-ageing properties.
To use: Immediately after shaving, apply moisturiser in gentle circular motions to sooth and rejuvinate the skin. If also using a post-shave balm (recommended), wait 30-60 seconds for the balm to fully absorb and then apply the moisturiser.
Morgan’s Daily Face Wash
An invigorating and cleansing face wash that refreshes and energises skin. Perfect for use in your shaving routine to wash away any debris and oils creating a smooth surface for the razor blade to glide over uninhibited, resulting in an easier shave. Furthermore, it cleans the base of the hair which means a higher surface area for water to absorb and soften whilst also allowing for a closer cut. This is a no-nonsense face wash designed to deeply cleanse the skin whilst ensuring that skin stays soft and nourished with a very mild but pleasant scent.
To use: Before shaving, apply 2 pumps of face wash and gently lather onto damp skin (best used in the shower), avoiding the eyes, before rinsing off.

They have an edge that is somewhere in the middle for sharpness compared to other brands, making them fairly well suited to most beard types.
